The Leadership team consists of Sri Sujith, a Civil engineer with 32 years of construction expertise and Sri Krishna Sujith, the Principal Architect passionate about design.
Over the past three decades, Designs N Build has created Luxury Villas, Apartment Complexes, Resorts, Restaurants, Cafes, Schools and Colleges, Office Buildings and Industrial sites, around the South of India. Multidisciplinary approach and contemporary design has lead us from strength to strength.
Staying up to date with modern construction technology and professional project management techniques has made us the go-to choice for many. Our team of civil engineers, architects, project managers, site supervisors, credible vendors, and skilled labour all carry the highest level of credibility.

Sujith R completed his BE (civil ) from BIT , Bangalore in 1988 and bring his vast experience of 3 decades in different types of civil engineering projects to the table. After graduation in 1998,he worked for 2 years as a site engineer with ECCI at TVS factory ,Hosur and as project Engr at WS Insulators ,Doddaballapur. In 1990 he went to the UK and did a PGDA in Sustainable Architecture from Schumacher college, Devon, followed by a stint as Project engineer with Keith Kritchlow architects , London. By 1992 , the firm “Designs” was started as a Turnkey construction company in Bangalore.

Krishna completed his B.Arch from Dayanandasagar Institute of Technology in 2017.
He has since worked with top architects and gained vast knowledge in the various finishes and detailing which appeals to the Biennial generation and adds value in the design department with his futuristic vision and outlook.
He is very instrumental with incorporating aesthetics with the help of latest softwares and tools that's available in the market. He is currently persuing his MBA in IIM Kozhikode to learn be upto date about the business aspect of things.
